About an hour before making the buñuelos,
dissolve the yeast in warm water and mix it with
the rest of the ingredients (flour, egg and milk).
Stir with your hands (this means less work) until
the dough is even. Leave it to stand for an hour.
2. Heat a deep frying pan with oil and put the
dough in with two fingers, leaving a little hole
in the middle. From time to time wet your fingers
to stop the dough from sticking.
3. Once they are fried, place them on a tray
and dust them with sugar.
