pork with tomato | rabbit with garlic| murcian lamb


PORK WITH TOMATO

For 6 people.
Preparation time: 30 min.

Ingredients

½ kg fresh pork
1 kg ripe tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 glass of oil (1/4 litre)
Salt


Preparation

1. Cut the pork into small pieces. Dice the pepper, fry it and remove from the heat

2. Fry the meat and remove from the heat.

3. Peel the tomato, cut into pieces and when it is fried, mix everything together, and pour into a serving dish. Serve hot or cold.
