2kg of lamb
1kg potatoes
4 cloves garlic
Parsley
Pine nuts
½ litre water
Salt
Ground pepper
Oil
Preparation
Make
some cuts in the meat and put them in a baking tray.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces and
add them to the meat. Add the garlic, peeled and
chopped, the finely chopped parsley and sprinkle
everything with the pine nuts, pepper, salt, oil
and water. Place in a moderate oven for one and
a half hours. When the potatoes turn golden, it's
ready to eat.
