SALT-BAKED BREAM

For 6 people.
Preparation time: 45 min.

Ingredients

6 300g breams
rock salt


Preparation

Cover a baking tray with rock salt. Place the ungutted breams on the salt and completely cover them with salt. Put them in the oven and leave them for 20 minutes. Serve with garlic sauce.
