½ kg rice
2 litres milk
½ kg sugar
1 stick of cinnamon
Powdered cinnamon
Lemon peel
4 soup spoons of condensed milk
Preparation
1.
Start to cook the milk with the cinnamon and lemon peel.
2. When it begins to boil, add the rice and leave
it to cook for 30 minutes, stirring continuously with
a wooden spoon. A few minutes before removing it from
the heat, add the sugar and condensed milk. Continue
stirring until it is all mixed together.
3. Once finished, remove the cinnamon stick and lemon
peel. Serve in a large dish or in individual bowls
and leave it to cool. Once cold, dust the cinnamon
powder on top.
