BREADCRUMBS WITH BROAD BEANS
For 4 people.
Preparation time: 30 min.
Ingredients
1
kg bread (preferably day-old bread)
1 kg fresh broad beans
2 whole heads of garlic
¼ kg fresh streaky bacon
½ water glass of oil

Preparation
1.
Leave the bread to soak for half an hour, chop and fry
the bacon, the beans and the garlic (whole heads of
garlic with a small cut made in them) and then remove
them from the heat
2. Using your hands, squeeze the bread to remove the
water and put it into a pan with hot oil, stirring continuously.
When it is half done, add the rest of the ingredients
and let them cook together.
