Clean the mullet inside and out. Once clean, make
three cuts into the fish. Season it and put it into
the baking tray. In each cut insert a slice of lemon.
Add salt and pepper.
2. Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, placing
them around the fish and seasoning them with salt,
pepper and oil.
3. Slice the tomato and garlic and place them
over the other ingredients
4. Finally add the pine nuts, parsley and a glass
of water
