16 fresh sardines
8 cloves of garlic
1 small glass of water
Drizzle of oil
Juice of half a lemon
Salt
Parsley
Preparation
Season
the whole sardines on both sides and place them
in a baking tray. Crush the peeled garlic and parsley
in a mortar, add the lemon juice and pour this mixture
over the sardines. Add a drizzle of oil and water
and leave them in the oven until they are done.
