SUGAR AND EGG PUDDING

For 6 to 8 people.
Preparation time: 30 min.

Ingredients

20 egg yolks
½ kg sugar
¼ litre water


Preparation

1. Spread caramelised sugar on the mould

2. Beat the egg yolks very well

3. Make a syrup with the water and the rest of the sugar. Mix with the yolks and pour into the mould.

4. Leave it to set by placing the mould in a pan of water on a low flame for about 15 minutes
SUGGESTIONS

To make caramel, mix water, sugar and a few drops of lemon juice.
